Black Hole: Start with the Ace and work your way up or down, regardless of suit, with the Ace and King deemed consecutive.
17 Fans: The top card is now playable to the Black Hole. At the start of the game, each pile is given three cards.
There is one foundation pile.
The foundation pile is handed an ace of spades at first.
A card may be added to the foundation pile if it is one higher or one lower than the pile's previous top card and of any suit. As a result, any jack or king of any suit might be played on a queen. Wrap on the foundation to play an ace on a king or a king on an ace.
Cards cannot be taken from the foundation after they have been placed.
Splayed downhill, seventeen tableau piles of three cards each. Every card is dealt face-up.
On the tableau, no construction is authorized.
Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card can be played onto the foundation.
The tableau's empty spaces may not be filled.
Only one card may be moved at a time; sequences are not permitted.
