Empty a reserve pile and it turns into a free cell holding one card, while eight tableaus build down by suit. Two decks, medium odds, and a 60% win rate.

Carthage Solitaire is a two-deck game built around six reserve piles that double as your workspace: each starts with six cards, and once a reserve empties out, it works like a free cell holding a single card. The eight tableau piles build down by suit, one card at a time. It's a medium game, with a 60% chance of winning, played with two decks, and your result comes down mostly to skill.
Algiers Solitaire plays very similarly, if you'd like to try a close relative.
When you want more room to maneuver than six reserve piles allow, the classic Spider Solitaire is right there.

8 foundation piles: Build up from Ace to King in the same suit.
8 tableau piles: Build down by suit. Only one card can be moved at a time. Any card can fill an empty pile. At the start of the game, each pile gets one card.
6 reserve piles: Each pile's top card can be played to the foundations or tableau. At the start of the game, each pile gets 6 cards. Once a reserve pile is completely empty, it works like a free cell that holds one card.

There are eight foundation piles.
Any ace can be placed on an empty foundation pile.
A card can be added to a foundation pile only if it's one rank higher and the same suit as the pile's current top card, so the only card that fits on a 4 of diamonds is a 5 of diamonds. There can be no more than 13 cards in a pile.
The top card of each foundation can be moved back into play if another pile will accept it.
There are six reserve piles, each dealt six cards to start. Every card is dealt face-up.
Nothing can be placed onto a reserve pile that already holds a card.
Any card not covered by another card can be played onto the foundation, an empty reserve pile, or any tableau pile.
Any card can fill an empty slot in the reserve.
Only one card may be moved at a time; sequences are not permitted.
There are eight tableau piles of one card each, all dealt face-up.
A card can be added to a tableau pile only if it's one rank lower and the same suit as the pile's current top card, so the only card that fits on a 10 of spades is a 9 of spades.
Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card can be played onto the foundation, an empty reserve pile, or any other tableau pile.
Any card can fill an empty slot in the tableau.
Only one card can be moved at a time, though super moves let you shift a whole sequence at once when there are enough empty tableau piles to fake the same result one card at a time.
The stock holds the leftover cards.
