There are eight foundation piles.
Any ace in the foundation may be transferred to any vacant pile.
A card may be added to a foundation pile if it is one higher than the pile's previous top card and is of the same suit. As a result, the only card that could be played on a 9 of diamonds is a 10 of diamonds. There can be no more than 13 cards in a pile.
Cards cannot be taken from the foundation after they have been placed.
Splayed downhill, eight tableau piles of five cards each. Every card is dealt face-up.
A card may be added to a tableau pile if it is one lower and of the same suit as the original top card of the pile. As a result, the only card that could be played on a 7 of hearts is a 6 of hearts.
Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card are free to be played onto the foundation or any other tableau pile.
Any card can fill an empty slot in the tableau.
Technically, only one card may be moved at a time, however, enabling super-moves allows you to move sequences when there are enough vacant tableau columns to achieve the same result with a sequence of single-card moves.
There is one garbage pile and the remaining cards comprise the stock.
When you click on the stock, one card from the stock is dealt to the garbage. There are two trips through the stock allowed.
The top card of the trash can be played to the tableau or foundation.
