No stock, no waste: every card is dealt out up front, half the tableau face-down, yet roughly 90% of deals can still be won.

Martha Solitaire skips the stock and waste entirely. Every card is dealt out at the start: the four aces go straight to the foundations, and the rest fill twelve tableau piles, half of them face-down. It's built on the same bones as Baker's Dozen Solitaire, just laid out a little differently, and it's a forgiving game: about 90% of deals can be won. With a single deck and nothing left to draw, luck in the shuffle decides most of what happens next.
Stewart Solitaire and Beleaguered Castle Solitaire scratch the same itch: no stock, no waste, just plan out the board in front of you.

4 foundation piles: Build up from Ace to King in the same suit. Each pile starts with an ace already in place.
12 tableau piles: Build down in alternating colors. Sequences of alternating colors move together as a group. Empty spaces stay empty — nothing can be dropped there. Each pile gets four cards at the start, dealt face-down, face-up, face-down, face-up from the bottom.
There are four foundation piles.
Each one starts with an ace already in place.
A card can be added to a foundation pile only if it's one rank higher and the same suit as the pile's current top card, so the only card that fits on a 5 of spades is the 6 of spades.
The top card of a foundation pile can be moved back into play if another pile will accept it.
Twelve tableau piles of four cards each. Dealt from the bottom up as down, up, down, up, so every pile starts with two cards face-down and two face-up.
A card can be added to a tableau pile only if it's one rank lower and the opposite color of the pile's current top card, so the only cards that fit on a 4 of clubs are the 3 of hearts and 3 of diamonds.
Cards on the tableau that are not covered by another card are free to be played onto the foundation or any other tableau pile.
Sequences running high to low in alternating colors can be moved together as a group.
Empty tableau spots can't be filled. Once you clear a pile, it stays empty for the rest of the game.
